Verify Backlinks provides a pre index and post index backlink evaluation service. You upload a backlink Excel or CSV file and our system analyzes links using defined pre index evaluation signals. We generate structured outputs such as an Excel report, a PDF summary and a disavow.txt file.

Verify Backlinks is an analysis and decision support tool and not an automated SEO action service.

You stay in control at all times. Nothing is submitted, removed or changed automatically. You decide how to use the outputs generated by Verify Backlinks.

• You choose whether to submit any disavow.txt file to Google Search Console or any other platform.
• You choose which backlinks to keep, review, contact or disavow.
• You remain responsible for SEO decisions and actions taken based on outputs.

We provide analysis. You make the final decisions.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

The free trial is limited to the first five backlinks detected in an uploaded Excel file. It exists to preview outputs and to show report quality.

• One free trial per client or organisation (enforced using reasonable signals).
• Uses the same evaluation engine as paid audits.
• Limited strictly to the first 5 detected backlinks.

Verify Backlinks operates on a pay per audit model. No subscriptions, no automatic renewals, no recurring charges.

Payments are processed via Stripe. Each audit processes up to the backlink capacity of the selected plan.

Audits begin processing immediately after request. Because compute resources are allocated instantly, all audit purchases are final.

• No refunds once an audit has started or outputs are generated.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals are not permitted for completed or in progress audits.
• Delivery occurs when outputs are generated, regardless of how you choose to use them.

If a dispute exists, contact support immediately. If a chargeback is filed through a bank or Stripe, Verify Backlinks may suspend access, may disable delivery, and may seek recovery of all fees and costs permitted by law.

Files uploaded to Verify Backlinks are used only to perform the requested audit.

• We do not sell uploaded backlink data.
• We do not use your data for competitive analysis.
• Files are processed securely and retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service.

Your backlink data remains yours.

Outputs are based on defined evaluation signals and heuristics. We cannot guarantee search engine behavior, indexation, rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

• Search engines may treat links differently than our evaluation signals suggest.
• Scores, tiers and recommendations are signals, not guarantees.
• Rankings are influenced by many factors outside our control.

Outputs are informational and do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.

Verify Backlinks reduces uncertainty. It does not promise rankings.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including:

• Uploading illegal, malicious, or harmful content.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, extract, benchmark, bypass, decompile, disassemble, or replicate the Verify Backlinks engine, its logic, its outputs, or its report formats.
• Using outputs, scores, classifications, labels, formats, or documentation to build, train, inform, improve, or operate any competing product, service, tool, dataset, model, or methodology.
• Abusing the free trial or attempting to avoid payment limits.
• Using the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate third party rights.

Any attempt to copy, imitate, reproduce, or recreate substantially similar functionality, scoring behavior, classification behavior, terminology, report structure, or evaluation outcomes to Verify Backlinks is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension, termination, and legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Service and outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied, statutory), including merchantability, fitness, no infringement warranties, and accuracy.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in that case, disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifyBacklinks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or SEO performance arising from your use of the Service or outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific audit giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Your Inputs remain yours. You retain ownership of the backlink lists and data you upload. The Verify Backlinks Engine remains ours. Verify Backlinks retains all rights, title and interest in the Service, the Verify Backlinks Engine, the software, the evaluation signals, the scoring logic, the classification systems, the methodologies, the algorithms, the workflows, the terminology, the labels, the interface designs, the report structures, and the file formats, including Excel, PDF and disavow outputs.

You receive a limited, personal, revocable right to use the Service solely for requesting audits and receiving outputs for your own workflow or client reporting. No ownership rights transfer to you.

You may not copy, imitate, reproduce, replicate, benchmark, scrape, extract, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, analyze, or attempt to derive the Verify Backlinks Engine or its logic, in whole or in part, whether directly or indirectly, whether manually or programmatically, including through automated systems, artificial intelligence, machine learning models, data scraping, prompt based extraction, or human review of outputs.

You may not use the Service or its outputs to build, train, inform, improve, or operate any competing product, service, tool, dataset, model, or methodology. Any service, product, or system that reproduces substantially similar functionality, scoring behavior, classification behavior, terminology, report structure, or evaluation outcomes to Verify Backlinks is treated as an unauthorized derivative use unless Verify Backlinks authorizes it in writing.

Unauthorized copying, imitation, or competitive use is a material breach and may result in immediate suspension, termination, permanent blocking, legal action, injunctive relief, and claims for damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the Service, created security risk, or used the Service unlawfully.

Sections intended to survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive.

Payments are processed via Stripe. Stripe may apply its own terms and processing rules. Verify Backlinks is not responsible for payment delays, failures, blocked transactions, or processing issues caused by Stripe or other third party providers outside our control.

Where third party terms apply (for example payment processing), those terms govern that part of the Service.

We aim to keep Verify Backlinks available at all times. Availability may be temporarily affected by maintenance, updates, capacity limits, or external factors.

We continuously improve reliability, performance, and security.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated clearly where reasonably possible. The current version applies from the effective date shown on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
