Yes. Our verification engine evaluates every backlink directly on the live URL. It checks link presence and applies signals similar to how search engines evaluate backlinks such as placement context, manipulation patterns and risk indicators. Technical issues like Backlink not found, HTTP errors or Connection failed are surfaced per link via the Error message.
